Agreement and service

These terms are between you and Timastra LLC, located at Wyoming, United States. Timastra Inventory provides hosted inventory operations software. By creating an organization, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these terms and represent that you can bind the customer organization.

Accounts and customer responsibilities

You are responsible for authorized users, account security, configuration, source data, lawful use, and verifying inventory, operational, accounting, and tax outputs before relying on them. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. You must maintain any systems, devices, and third-party accounts needed to use configured integrations.

Subscriptions, billing, and tax

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Annual billing is not offered. Charges, capacity add-ons, billing dates, and applicable usage limits are shown before purchase or in the billing portal. Prices exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for applicable taxes, and our payment provider may calculate and collect them based on your billing details. Failed or overdue payment may result in restricted or suspended access after legally required notice.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service unlawfully; submit malicious or infringing content; bypass access, rate, or usage controls; probe other customers’ data; disrupt availability; resell the service without authorization; or reverse engineer it except where that restriction is prohibited by law. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the platform, or third parties.

Customer data and privacy

You retain rights to data you submit and grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, back up, and display it to operate and support the service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to submit personal information. Our Privacy Notice explains our handling of account and service data.

Availability and changes

We aim to operate a reliable service, but availability may be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider outages, or circumstances outside reasonable control. Features may change as the product evolves. Material reductions to paid functionality will be handled under any controlling order form or mandatory law.

Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without implied warranties. Timastra Inventory is not professional accounting, tax, or legal advice. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to fees paid for it during the preceding twelve months, except for liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Termination and data

You may cancel through billing controls. Monthly billing only. Cancel before renewal through the billing portal or [email protected]; access continues through the paid period. Request a full first-payment refund within 14 calendar days, or a mistaken-renewal refund and cancellation within 7 calendar days. Other mid-period cancellations are not prorated, except for non-delivery or mandatory rights. See the billing policy for refund handling. We may terminate for material breach after reasonable notice and an opportunity to cure when appropriate. After termination, data is handled under the Privacy Notice, your order, and applicable law.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer rights and any signed order form prevail where applicable. Questions and legal notices may be sent to [email protected].
